Former Little League World Series star Mo'ne Davis is returning to Banana Ball.
According to an announcement on the Banana Ball website, Davis has agreed to join the Indianapolis Clowns for a second consecutive season.
The Clowns joined Banana Ball before the 2026 season and finished last in the inaugural Banana Ball Championship League. They went 26-35 and missed the postseason.
Davis, 25, is back with the Clowns after winning a championship with the Los Angeles Queens in the Women's Professional Baseball League.

She hit .231 with no home runs, seven RBIs, and a .641 OPS in 39 regular-season at-bats with the Queens. The outfielder, who became famous for her pitching skills during the 2014 Little League World Series, did not make an appearance on the mound during the inaugural WPBL season.
Davis was selected 10th overall in the WPBL draft by the Queens and is the third player from her Little League team to be drafted professionally. Outfielder Scott Bandura was taken in the seventh round by the San Francisco Giants in 2023, and third baseman Jared Sprague-Lott was taken by the Athletics in the ninth round in 2024.
The Clowns are named after the former Negro League team that mixed baseball with entertainment, dating back to the 1930s. In 1953, Toni Stone became the first woman to play in the Negro American League, signing a contract with Indianapolis.
On Feb. 25, the Clowns open the 2027 Banana Ball season against the Texas Tailgaters at Plainsman Park in Auburn, Ala., the home field of the Auburn University Tigers.
