Leones del Escogido (12-5) 6, Estrellas Orientales (7-9) 4 - An eighth-inning RBI double by Marco Hernandez scored Junior Lake with the go-ahead run, and Eric Gonzalez got John Gil home with a sac fly an innings later to give the Leones their 11th win in 12 games. Five Escogido pitchers combined to throw 6 2/4 scoreless innings, allowing four hits, striking out 10 and walking none to keep Escogido in the game. Vidal Brujan hit a two-run homer and Jose Marmolejos hit a solo shot for Escogido in the top of the third, and Raimel Tapia and Marco Luciano homered for the Estrellas in the bottom of the third.

Aguilas Cibaenas (5-10) 13, Toros del Este (6-10) 6 - Perhaps the Aguilas offense has finally taken off, as they scored a baker's dozen to beat the Toros on Saturday night a night after hanging 11 on the Estrellas. Robert Moore hit a three-run homer for the Aguilas, Adael Amador hit a solo homer, a single, a double, and drove in three runs, and Mason McCoy and Jasson Dominguez each drove in two for the Aguilas. Tigres del Licey (11-6) 8, Gigantes del Cibao (8-9) 3 - Jesus Made had an RBI triple in the third, his first three-sacker of the season, and Francisco Mejia's bases-loaded triple in the eighth put the Tigres ahead for good. Deyvison De Los Santos homered for Cibao in the loss.
